Mark, this is a problem to me. First, if I accept that idea any madman has the same right to share G-d as the Mother Theresa. Just look at the many different ideas about G-d on this thread. At times in history people believed that G-d hand instructed them to throw a virgin off a cliff to the crocodile G-d. Or Hitler claimed to kill the Jews because of G-ds work. This idea seems dangerous at worst, or chaotic at best. Again, Yeshua demonstrated his divinity in many ways. First by fulfilling 300 predictions from the Jewish Prophets. Many such as were he was born, and the method of his death, were beyond his control. He also rose from the dead, and the Apostle Paul documents that over 500 people saw him alive after everyone knew he had been killed. This gives us a frame of reference, that we can trust what he said and condemn evil behavior. Without this frame of reference we cannot. For instance, if I decide that G-d told me to kill a classroom full of children, (this has happened) you really could not convince me it was wrong, unless there is the frame of reference of the 10 commandments, "thou shalt not kill". , or Yeshua commands us to love our neighbor. I tell you about my son not for sympathy because his is fine, and loves Yeshua. I just use it as an example that G-d must not be made up in the mind, he must be available to all. If a dying man asked you to show him the Lord because he did not know him, what could you say. I know these are serious questions, but far more difficult questions could be formed out of situations that happen everyday and an answer has to be available or how could we know that
G-d loves us. I also must add that being an American, you have been brought up in a Judeo Christian society, and this has influenced your feeling of love. What would you think about loving all men if you had been raised a cannibal.

Forgive me if this seems to harsh, life is full of tough situations, and G-d must be there for everyone and be explainable if we are to love and help one another.

Prayfully yours in Yeshua's Love - DLL
