Some notes on conf. call

Very positive on outlook for the coming quarters, can't quantify the backlog on Y2K projects but it's strong enough for them to have confidence with coming quarters.
New products announced in the last month with Cmill Pro, Codis 2000, UNIX/VAX are well received.

Employees being added, on target to get to 300 or greater by year-end from 240 now.

R&D expense will increase in coming qtr with new product designs.
Improved DSOs and acct receivables due to wire transfer payments.
EDS and TACT will start adding revenues in 2Q.
All revenues seen increasing with all customers.
98% of revenues are Y2K related, % will decrease in coming quarters as other projects add revenues.

LOOK for greater revenues in 99 as Government will spend greatly next year to meet Y2K.
Business is 87% US (N.A.), 10% Europe, 3% Israel.

They can do business with GM thru EDS or directly, regarding restrictions in their contract.
Signed up with Ford and Nissan.
