HJ- You will need to contact your broker to arrange - it's a little more involved than stock shorting , because that's more common. Bond shorting is safer , though , by a big margin , as the turnover is much less in bonds. However , this is Amazon......anything can happen.
Hedge funds routinely short bonds , both domestic and foreign - it's an everyday thing with them. They deal in thousands , of course , and you may want to do five or ten.?
Start with Schwab , if you have an account there , if not , try a full service broker. Lehman is very big in bonds , so I know they could do it , if it's not too little to fool with.

Shorting Bonds: This AMZN issue is private. I'd be amazed if you could short it.
