Hi Clint, I see the Naz filling the gap to 1855-6 area short term.
It seems every time oil's start to roll over some analyst comes out with an upgrade. Transports are reacting the same way in opposition to fuel.

I have to keep in mind we haven't retraced since January

Clint,

Transports have corrected approx. 10%. Industrials may follow within 3 months. That is DJIA 8300 - 8400 and NAZ may correct more.

Corrections are usually unexpected. Let us see whether it happens now when everyone is ready and in fact looking forward to.

Until then, let us be nimble and make some money!

Went long on HD for trading.

I am too chicken to play KTEL.

Briefing.Com had a good observation about shorting KTEL yesterday. Since the float is so tiny (Yahoo says 900,000 shares) speculators and market makers can easily engineer a short squeeze with very, very little buying. If Yahoo's numbers are correct then today the entire float traded about 7-1/2 times.

Stay away from this one, at least until after the split when it'll be harder to engineer a squeeze.
