As for a consumer mac being expected, no way.

I can't wait to see what it is. I had the sad task of steering a friend towards a cheap HP, because he was hurting, hurting for money.

ANY mac that sells around $1200 with monitor is going to sell like hotcakes. I'm very excited!

I just figured out why that apple logo was green-ish with a white gradient. I bet it represented the new translucent green case! $1299! What a bargain! let's hope it sells!
