Leroy, here is an email I received from someone who I trust and have corresponded with before:
Just got off the phone with Ira.

He is posting as ira monas.

He expects the financials to be out no later than Friday.ÿ If this
weren't FAMH first filing they would already be out, but the additional
paperwork is extensive.

By law, Edgar can not state whether they have FAMH paperwork until it is
published.

The path to Edgar was via the SEC and the Lawyers.

The search for a merger opportunity is still on, but not as a priority.

The share Exchange warrants would be completely unrestricted. Exercise
at purchase date or hold as the shareholder desires.ÿ The warrant price
will be adjusted to reflect the ratio of the example given (.50 - 2.00 -
1.25ÿ used for simplicity)

This is not a transcription of the conversation, but it is close.ÿ It is
not my opinion, merely a summary of what Ira told me.ÿ He gave me
permission to post it, but I'm not a member yet.

Leroy,

I spoke to him on the phone today and it is the same voice as in
the conference calls. You have met him and know he has a distinctive
voice. He told me flat out he is posting under his own name now.

Kevin

Maybe ira monas is little engine in disguise, bent on destroying this company, just my thoughts.

<< HAS ANYONE CALLED FAMH Offices to VERIFY that Ira Mones (on SI) is in
fact Ira Mones!!>>

I logged onto AOL shortly after his first post. He was logged on during the time of his posts.

We exchanged a couple of quick E-mails. He didn't answer my question of whether ira monas on SI was him. But, he answered other questions about the reverse split.
