If you would like some additional information about this situation please give me your E-mail address. Please send it to "dasel@acronet.com".I will be gone from Friday thru Tuesday of next week.
My understanding from the CC is that Koo sold his shares to his brokerage firm(Paine Webber) and they then sold the shares to the company. He admitted that he really sold the shares to the company.
The analyst from Presidential Securities should get a gold star for getting to the bottom of Koo's trading.
By the way,the first questioner,Ted Wolfe, always asks softball questions. He has been recommending the stock for years.
