Molniya Space Consultancy

Introduction

Molniya began operating in early 1991 when Mr Phillip S Clark (sole proprietor of the company) became a free-lance consultant, writer and broadcaster.

Industrial Space Activities

Phillip Clark has gained a respected reputation as an independent authority concerning the former Soviet and Chinese space programmes, this being based upon more than twenty years study of the subject. Technical consultancy covers all aspects of the Soviet and Chinese space programmes (current and future as well as historical) including the commercial opportunities that these programmes offer, as well as independent assessments of World-wide launch vehicles. Commercial reports have been published which provide detailed reviews of all the former Soviet Union's launch vehicles (including complete launch failure records which have not been published elsewhere before to the same level of detail); China's recoverable satellite programme; and Chinese launch vehicles. Future reports are planned during 1996-7 to cover the former Soviet communications satellite systems and remote sensing satellites; a review of world-wide launch-failures-to-reach-orbit; and a three-volume directory of worldwide launch vehicles. Since the Molniya Space Consultancy has no links with Russian and Ukranian launch vehicle manufacturers the reports can be considered truly independent assessments. Starting in 1993 the Consultancy has published on a subscription basis the monthly listing 'Worldwide Satellite Launches', which can be looked upon as a replacement for the 'Tables of Earth Satellites' published by the DRA/RAE in Farnborough for launches through to the end of 1992. As well as listing launches from January 1993 (successful or otherwise) and giving details of each major object tracked from each launch, 'Worldwide Satellite Launches' includes update information for previous launches, new launch vehicle information, locations of operating geosynchronous orbit satellites, etc. Mr Clark is also working in the field of analysing the space debris problem.

Rocketman,
Byron has just invoked the secrecy cloaking device(patent pending). I suggest that you apply the Stealth paint on this vehicle to prevent mms' knowing our next move.
WR,
Scottoo
