This will certainly appear self-serving since I've already pointed to myself as an accomplice in this, but -- it probably won't be too constructive, at this point, to try to identify and lay blame on additional wrongdoers. I feel bad enough about my part, and I would suspect others do as well. Glenn very graciously pointed out the problem and the stakes, and I believe we'd be well served to let him have the final word on this. The blame game can be very corrosive to the team spirit, and I suspect we've learned the lesson and have little more to gain from an attempt at retribution. We're building a good team here, and I wouldn't want a mistake that a few of us have made (perhaps just me) to jeopardize that.

I've been doing a little research on what it takes for a company to get listed on the nasdaq small cap market. I think the following info. is fairly recent regarding the guidelines. Does anyone want to comment on the benefits or drawbacks of PNLK being listed? Total Assets: $4 Million Income: n/a Net Tangible Assets: n/a Aggregate Mark. Value of Publicly Held Shares: $1 Million Public Shares Held: 100,000 Public Shareholders: 300 Minimum Price: $3 Number of MMs 2 Number of Outside Directors on board: n/a
