A Federal Reserve policymaker, Central bank Governor Susan Phillips, is quoted in todays USA Today newspaper as estimating the cost of the Y2k fix to U.S. companies to be in the 50 billion dollar range.

50 billion sounds way low to me. Or are those British billions? <g>
