HMAR conference call was all positive. No visible threat to dayrates going forward. IMO, boats are outstanding value investments and should do very well for a long time. They each have a lot of resistance, but they should move continually upward from here.TDW, TMAR, and HMAR are all excellent picks trading at pe's around 10.

Slide Dude -- If you don't thin FGII will dip below 36 for a buy, why don't you sell some 30 or 35 puts? Great income generator!

By the way guys, I met with an investment banker from Bear Stearns today. He says the bond market is red hot for these 144a bond issues. They are getting issued in record time and oversubscribed. And they are loving the oil sector deals -- witness Chiles Offshore getting 100 million at 10 year interest only for 10 percent...these are two jackups that have no contracts and the company does not even have operating capability yet. And I hear they may have even could have done bank financing. I saw Bill Chiles last night... he was smiling.

What this tells me is that there is a bunch of money going for this sector. Maybe it is red hot in the bond right now, but I am sure this will spill over in to equities.
