Thank you John for your outlook APCO from a technical side. It has been my experience of late that APCO has preformed against it's TA.
The last big case in point was when TA people were getting off between 8 and 8 1/2 and then trying to get back on between 11 and 12.

This doesn't by any means say that what you are seeing isn't correct.
If you have followed the thread for awhile everyone here will tell you I don't know squat about TA. It is like a foreign language to me. Thank goodness for FA. Otherwise I wouldn't be able to invest in the market.

APCO's FA is so strong with potential stuff coming up in the pipeline within the next four months that I like the chances very much. I believe based on past performance and comments made by management that APCO will make enough money in the next 2 quarters along with substantial anticipated earnings from Bank One and Allstate for the next year that they will be well over 15.

When we first did APCO, we were predicting 15 by years end. Since that time everything has gotten better and better.

If not, 13/16 was well worth the risk given the potential.
