What it will probably create is one huge legal bill for Access Denied ... and the fledgling company will fold like a house of cards.

It's really amazing how employees don't fathom the work they do on behalf of their employer ... and get paid for that work ... is the property of the employer! It's call intellectual property ... and it's just as criminal to steal intellectual property as it is anything else.

I hope that's a lesson SKB is going to teach their ex-employees!

I've always had a employment contract that employees were required to sign as a condition of employment spelling out the realities in full. So many people are simply ignorant of the legal consequences of their actions.

You said it, this is interesting! Does it help at all to get the stock trading again? What does it mean for us? Has anyone spoken with the company in the last few days?
