"No comment" can not get you sued by shareholders. Since the company is keeping quiet, the only way to know what's cooking is keeping an eye on insider trading. I would expect to see selling at each days high as the insiders start to unload what they can. I don't see this pattern, I see buying at the lows. I am not real concerned with Korea and Japan. I don't think you can get real accurate information from Asian companies. If they are close to mass production of Li-Poly batteries we won't be told of any details like "we are hand building at the moment". In fact, there is no one who has announced they can mass produce in quanity. Everyone is still working out the bugs and investors are still trying to guess who will be first. Right now ULBI has better PR because of their underwriter but it's the first to production that will really drive the stock price.
