Company Press Release

Wireless Data Solutions Negotiating Wireless
Communication Agreement with Angellcom and
Radiodigital 220 SA de CV

LEESBURG, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 6, 1998--Wireless Data Solutions Inc. (OTC
BB:SOLU - news), announced Wednesday that it is in negotiations with Angellcom Communications
Inc. of Santa Monica, Calif. involving a 220MHz wireless network in Mexico.

The negotiations are based on the company participating as a 51% owner in a U.S. corporation
called Angellcom International Inc., with Angellcom Communications (ACI) owning 49%. Angellcom
International will own 49% of a Mexican corporation called Radiodigital 220 (RD220), and 10 U.S.
220MHz narrowband channels that represent 10 markets with a population of over 5 million people.

RD220 was the only company selected by the Mexican government to install and test a 220MHz
system in Mexico City. The permit granted RD220 gives it the responsibility for all phases which
includes site construction, system engineering, and testing of the voice and data characteristics of
220MHz.

RD220 intends to build-out a nationwide network operating 220MHz voice and data systems. The
revenue stream from a nationwide network would be generated by selling air time on a monthly basis
to mobile fleets, and individuals for services related to the transmission of data, paging, and SMR
(Specialized Mobile Radio) which is a voice network. RD220 has been selected as the Mexican
government's choice for providing 220MHz service for all aspects of secured voice and data
transmission within the government pending successful completion of testing.

Mike McLaughlin, CEO and President of Wireless Data Solutions said: ''There are a few items to
discuss to complete a letter of intent, but because of the magnitude of this project I wanted to issue
this news release as soon as possible so that our shareholders and the investing public have the
opportunity to evaluate this situation. The RD220 plan is to build-out a nationwide 220MHz system.
Revenues could grow to the tens of millions of dollars as a nationwide service is established. I intend
to release more news as things progress.''

ACI owns and operates 220MHz systems in the U.S., and it has an agreement with Intek
(NASDAQ:IGLC - news) to provide ACI with a 5-channel 220MHz system for testing in Mexico.
ACI also designs and markets pagers in the U.S. and foreign countries, and is led by its CEO Marc
Angell. McLaughlin stated: ''Marc and our board of directors have developed an excellent working
relationship based on respect for each others talents. We agree that together we can achieve some
very major goals.''

Facts about Mexico. The ''Journal of Commerce and Commercial'' stated Mexico's economic crisis
of 1994 has ended. In the fourth quarter of 1997 the economy experienced 8.8% growth, and for the
year 6%. The secretary of Communication and Transportation for Mexico, Carlos Ruiz Sacristan
said: ''It is fundamental for the future of any country to have efficient telecommunications. If the
telecommunication sector is not competitive and sophisticated we are going to lose out. What we are
doing is creating the regulatory environment for the country to attract large investments in
telecommunications.'' President Ernesto Zedillo stated: ''We are not going back to the old policies of
nationalization and protectionism. To the contrary, we are pushing privatization with more vigor.''

Wireless Data Solutions Inc. is a hardware/software developer and marketing company involving
digital wireless communication systems for mobile fleet management in the U.S. and foreign countries.

Statements in this news release about the company's expectations, the execution of agreements, and
revenue potential are ''forward looking statements'' within the meaning of Sections 27A and 21E of
the Securities Act of 1933 and 1934. The company intends that such ''forward looking statements''
