Neither my MS Investor nor DLJ news summaries are showing the release yet. MS Investor did have the following today.

Jim it wasn't news...only confirmation of past news...a very favorable confirmation granted, but the overall market situation, the Fed Reserve's Alice jawboneing along with Friday's jobs report lingering seems to have taken the wind from the sails. IMO the move up will occur...but it's delayed.
