To all:

Please relax...I am sure that most but not all on this thread are not brokers or CEO's, I for one am not, But everyone keeps screaming for financials...one thing I do know being the G.M of a very exclusive, busy Private country club is this...the mountains of paperwork that I have to produce just for a simple sales tax audit can take me a week or two just to get ready and then another week or two babysitting the auditors.

If you have doubts it's simple SELL. The volumes of work that Ira must be compiling I am sure is a monumental task. IMO the only mistake that Ira continuously makes is that he gives all of us time frames as to when news will be out. He should have told us that the financials will go to Edgar by the end of May, then if they come out today or tomorrow or the next day Ira is a hero for getting the job done so fast, instead a lot of people on this thread are making him out to be a goat. Let's give him credit for being busy and be patient when they get here they get here!

I take it back.I just hung up with Ira.He told me it was his post so I stand corrected.We also touched briefly on the financials and I'm comfortable with the answer.They're out there,circling the SEC.Also,he told me that he isn't INTHEFLESH.!He has re-iterated that he is squarely in the corner of his investors and is doing this to enhance our value.He also said he remembers me from previous days so he took the call.I feel pretty good.Dan
