I spoke with Ira as well today. He said that this was just an idea and he wanted investor feedback from it. Other ideas are also still being considered to get Nasdaq listing as soon as possible. He also said that he expected the 10-K to be up on Edgar by tomorrow, but if there was any unexpected hangup due to first time listing, he would release it Friday. He also said that the proforma will have some 1Q numbers in in and we should see it by the end of the week. He expected to do the CC this week and wanted to do a special one for Silicon Investor with a different phone number. I for one, feel better after having talked to him.
