As I've mentioned before, I happened to be working in Thailand last year when the market crashed. I saw it occur in "real time", because I happened to be working at a Thai telecommunications company, that was getting a live data feed from the Stock Exchange of Thailand, showing every transaction that occurred. It was fascinating to watch the flood of data -- people were dumping shares for any price they could get. With the change of the "circuit breakers" on our exchanges to the 10/20/30 percent rules, there is a possibility of that kind of effect here.
