Buzz, Not at all, just saying that GTE currently provides our OC-24(free of cost?:-) and have their HQ about 2 miles from FTEL in Westlake. I think that Andrew, who runs the NOC at FTEL, is or was from GTE and is on-site at FTEL. Also GTE ordered a National Frame Relay system from Asend, but did not include the MAX product for Voice via IP. Tease, nah, just remember seeing GTE plastered everywhere in Westlake and see plenty of common ground, so it's all FWIW.

But what do I think?

<GGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG>, No GTE

Have you ever heard of a company called Teletek (TLTK). They were also located in the same building as MCI. Guess what happened to TLTK?

FTEL is just a peanut in this field. They will most likely be crushed by the elephants. Since I first said that . . .

The mis-informed chide me for liking CD, IMO. You will probably see CD $30+ by the end of September. You can save this post and chide me if I'm wrong. We'll let the future vindicate me, or not, just as FTEL's future will vindicate me, or not.

CD: $ 24.06b $ 24.13a
FTEL: $ 2.88b $3.00a
