Chuzzlewit, I trade >$10,000 for <$30 a trade. Transaction costs are "noise". I also trade within tax sheltered (IRA, TDSP) accounts, so tax consequences of trading are non-existent. I would never make a trade based just on TA. However, Paul O'Neill (IBD), and others I respect, say TA offers important information about the current market for the stock. Ignoring this information seems foolish. Why use just FA, when TA is also available. BTW, I am basically a buy and hold investor. The chart was just meant to show that TA signals often have some validity. Scott
