Yes, but DGIV has to take the opportunity while it's there. When stability returns, would the opportunity still be there? Probably not.
Gotta take it while you got it!

Klinetime, not to worry:

<<< Is there anyone worried about unrest in Indonesia? I'm long dgiv, but slightly concerned.

peace, Kline >>>>

The downside: Indonesia's recovery experiences more than the usual level of turmoil that goes hand in hand when any country ( e.g. the U.S. in the early 80's---remember Paul Volker and 21% interest rates ) makes a serious attempt to wring out past excesses. In which case the unfortunate, ordinary Indonesian suffers the most. Regardless, talk time rates maintain.

The upside: Suharto goes( to him, the downside ). The pace at which Indonesia really opens up to privatization quickens dramatically. Happens in most LDCs where family and other brands of oligarchys finally, gratefully crumble into dust ( read the Marcus's of the Phillipines, Pinochet in Chile ). Talk time increases.

Frankly, I'm more concerned that the Mets keep out of the cellar this season.
