Jon,

I think I have a feel for this stock's price problem. Its main problem has come in the last 6 months. Asian crisis and Tax rate concerns. Neither of these is a current problem, IMO. However, the stock has gone from 30 to 15 in 6 months and that created a very negative atmosphere. I am very thankful however, because it gave me a chance to get in cheaply. If you compare to IM, IM's main runup has come in the last 6 months. This company is heavily leveraged and growing slower but with less acquisitions.

I am up almost 20% in 2 months and I am very happy. The current downtrend still has not been broken and there is alot of resistance at 24. Once broken, the stock will come out on alot of radar scopes as a technical buy. The shorts will have to cover and the TA guys will be all over it. Actually if the stock stays where it is for a few more weeks then the downtrend will break automatically.

Good luck,

Greg
