It is very hard for me to believe that there is a "conspiracy" around which stocks get coverage and which don't. "Sexy" stocks, or stocks that get a lot of play from analysts will always be talked about. My gold company beat estimates by 200%. Not a word. However, I hardly believe that GE (or anyone else) is telling Joe Kernen NOT to discuss a certain stock or sector.

Just remember, as we watch CNBC and know that investing on the basis of their reporting is STUPID, keep in mind that hoping that they mention our stock, so that others will buy and run it up is equally pointless.
