I agree with your take on Asia and the tax rate issue, what with all my 45 minutes of research on this company. I'm not a technician, but a fundamentalist mostly, and this one looks good to me. I'm just looking for those chinks in the armor before I take the plunge.

How about growth this year and a MSEL acquisition, anyone?
