Travis, excellent point on the new online options. I didn't realize that the European online store was open. Great news. Took them long enough. I think the education store may do the best business of them all.

I'm looking forward to today's news spreading through the proper channels and the heavy buying coming in over the next few days. Saw a lot of selling the last fifteen minutes today, but perhaps the MMs wanted some shares. ?????

What's nice is that there was no huge overload of the web servers this time and some of us could get the news straight from Jobs' mouth, weigh it for ourselves, and buy at $29 1/2. I'm happy with it. Probably have to get up at 6:30 tomorrow and watch the action, however.

Marc

Re: "Let's not forget some of other big news: the Apple Store for education AND the Apple store for
Europe are open! That's very exciting for revenues!"

Think there's any chance that Wall Street may start to see AAPL as an internet related stock? Apple IS using the online store to advertise independent software companies with premium quality offerings for the Macintosh platform.

Reckon if they set up a few servers managing an Disneysque QTVR entertainment site as part of the Apple Store experience it would drive sales up?

Just musing,
