A stock buyout or $2 per share on a $15,000,000 deal would be the issuance of only 7.5M shares (7.5M X $2 = $15M), not 15M shares. I believe the outstanding amount of shares after the purchase is 31M. It was 23-24M before the purchase, or when they issued their 10Q in April.
