Dear Jeff - deep down, you and i probably are in agreement <G>, my concern is that people may misinterpret the Right Plan, meaningless that it may be these days - that loyal employees are somehow protected and the primary recipients of the action. I mean, there may be indeed loyal mgt, like PepsiCo, for there is an idealist hidden underneath this cynical exterior crying to come out<G>; however, it is not so in most instances. And judging from the information and/or emotion disseminated in this thread, certainly it is not the case for CRUS. If you concur, great; if not, we are still friends. rgds Bosco
