I also agree that the reverse with warrants is a good move. It will achieve the float reduction and call in of the short shares. At this point its almost mandatory for the outstanding shares to be reduced if we are going to move forward. I don't think it should be viewed any longer as an option to reduce them, but a mandatory action by management on behalf of the shareholders to get the shares back to a manageable level. I would be willing to risk the wrath of the street's perception of the dreaded "RS" if the revenue and EPS are there to back up this bold move. No one said success comes cheap.
