Microsoft seems to think so, as they alredy have the drivers for OROM in Windows CE. For instance, a GPS navigator could have an entire country in map form on one $2 OROM card. And not worry about draining batteries or ruggedness. OROM features both energy-savings, and ruggedness needed for such a device. Vapor!'s fragility is like a mere toy in comparison to OROM and Flash.
