Just heard the conference call. cfo talks like they did beat the street by thirty percent. I think it went great. The only "negative" I got from it. If you could call it that, is that this next quarter historically has fewer new subscribers and they will raise marketing to try to make up for that. So could go beyond 12% of rev for next q. Also their backlog will slow down, but they had unprecedented growth this q of backlog so unreasonable to think can grow at that pace. FDA p.s. they said they don't see search engines as competitors b\c they are a full service provider not just advertising. (ex. product info. and tranactions processing) Also they are making capital investments to their portal site aol.com.
