Florida has a ruinous intangible tax, imposed by the
legislature (IMO) because of the stout resistance to
an income tax. More power to the resistors.

Don, Not necessarily so if you form the LLP under Calif Law.

Perhaps forming a FLA LLP (assuming they have them) would be wise.

Why are you forming an LLP in the first place?
