About AGAI, three main problems. One, is that the stock price has dropped about 80-90% in the last few years, never an encouraging sign about managerial ability. Secondly, they are suing AMAT for four patent infringements. I am willing to suppose that there is merit in the suit, but in the real world a little co. like AGAI will just get ground up in any legal proceeding with AMAT. It is just so very hard to win in the final analysis. Thirdly, they are losing money. That said, a cursory look at their products seems encouraging, and it is a micro-micro cap, and with just $58m of yearly sales it can grow a lot before it gets growing pains. Who knows, with luck, this is the type of stock that could be a multiple-bagger if it takes off with a good ruling at the patent trial level or their equipment becomes popular. I will be looking at this carefully to learn more. Other opinions?

Sincerely,

Geoffrey Wren
