What an awesome surprise to come home and see us featured on Hot Subjects on SI. The posts are doubling every day almost. Now if only the stock price would double too!!! Regarding the buyout: they issued about 6 million shares as stated on my header. Current shares outstanding is 31 million. I believe a lot of the float has been sucked up in the last week or two and that is why we saw the rush up today. I hear that their are some major holders of the float who are in this for the long hall. There probably is only around 5 million shares or less left freely traded. Everyone I have heard from that bought into this so far has a long term outlook. Most are looking to stay in for NASDAQ listing, and for CDNW, NTKI, and KTEL valuation levels. If any more good news comes out (which is eminent) this baby will gap hard and fast UP!!! Helpful tip and warning: ---------------------------------------- Be careful on these BB stocks as the Market Makers love to play games. They will shoot these to the moon trying to get sellers, and if they don't get them, drop the stock through the floor trying to capture stop loss sales and panic selling. Do not put in stop losses and don't be shaken by their games. It's hard not to, but if you know before hand what to expect you will be ready when it happens.
