Marcos, I don't know very much about Jehovah's Witnesses, except that many people consider them more of a doomsday cult rather than a Christian religion. Michael Jackson is a Jehovah's Witness, as well as a pedophile, but I suppose that is not mutually exclusive, anyway, since some pedophiles are Catholic priests. I know that my stepmother is a Jehovah's Witness, and she gradually drained a lot of the joy out of my father's life by convincing him that birthdays, Christmas, and other holidays are not to be celebrated. It is a religious belief system that makes school children, who really do not want to stick out, feel isolated. And my own personal belief is that not celebrating a child's birthday sends a message that the child is not very special.
