"Is the whole GigaMuxes production is taking place in San Diego, or partially in AJ"

As I understood it, most of the production is done in the AJ plant while testing and final assemble is done at San Diego.

"What is the overall size and condition of this San Diego facility."

Size: well I don't own property and probably going to be a possible few multiples off but I would say about 27,000(90X300) square feet each floor. The building has two floors. The building was a mixture of different offices before Osicom moved in. So they are in the process of making more open and static free areas. The upgrading of the facility is mostly done at this point. I have no idea what the cost of the upgrade was for Osicom.

"Did you visit the facility as a stock holder?"

Yes, I visited the facility with one other stock holder and two engineer graduate students from UC San Diego.

Best regards
Robert
