Mike, Being the optimist I am, management change could (but not necessarily) be part of a bigger and positive transition for ESVS and NETZ. Such change may be the indication of a new direction, etc., which is exactly what we are looking for. Again, let's not panic until we get the facts. If this is doomsday, then we can all shed a tear together. I had a partner who always said "wait to worry," and I cannot think of a time when his theory did not apply and work. Your news is a perfect example of that.
