RGB,First of all let me say that I doubt anyone is happy about the stock price. As for why it is still so low is anyones guess.I say it is because of the past.So many promises and so many delays.Thermo Tech has a bad reputation from the past that won't go away until they prove to WallStreet they are going to do just as they say.People don't want to just here about developments they want actual results.

A couple of weeks ago Rene said in his conference call that we should see the term sheet for the financing in the next week.Well that was at least two weeks ago and still no release. This has happened over and over, and people lose confidence.

Now I'm sure there were problems that came up that were out of their control. And I'm confident we will see the financing soon,as well as many other developments we have been told about. But until they back themselves up with results the price will not move much higher.

Now I haven't changed the way I feel about the future of the company. If anything I am more convinced than ever that this company will do great.I have been fortunate enough to have developed many good outside contacts. From what I have been finding out lately ,I have no doubt good things are coming soon.Sooner than most think.I feel that this is a good buying opertunity.

It's hard to own stock in this company. You need nerves of steel. But those who hang there IMO will be well rewarded.

Many people have lost faith in Rene, but let me tell you this man is working his ass off to get these deals done.He has put together a fantastic management team.He will suprise the critics.I have no doubt of that.

As for more dilution I doubt it.With Hamilton at 700 tons per day by the end of this month and the Northwood Transfer station bringing in
$56,000 a day and the other transfer station now bringing in $12,000. a day. and Richmond to go on line July 26th.TT will be in the black. And there will be no need to dilute.Financing is no longer a problem.

TT will do fine.I really don't think these prices will be around much longer. This is not hype just my gut feeling from some of the info I have gotten lately.
