Jeff, Thanks for the research, and you're 100% right: Our friends at Airstar are playing with fire. Noncompliance leads to delisting. And that's definately where Airstar is headed unless management, or whatever you want to call them, gets its shit together--and soon. Not only are they late with the 1997 10-K, they've been late with every filing during the last two years. Bear in mind that this company with this management team has very motivated enemies who right now might be raising hell with the SEC and NASDAQ about Xecom/Airstar's history of late filings and noncompliance. Why don't they just file the damned thing and then file an amendment if necessary? TJS
