Nothing NEW on CNN

When I saw Jobs on CNBC I was no longer worried about what he might say on Moneyline...

I expect the shorts will rebound in the market with an expected gap down in the overall market on thurs morning, so I expect to re-enter Apple at sub 30-29..

Regards
Don

Jim,

I watched Jobs interview too. It seems the message sent out was clear
and loud. iMac costing $1299 is more powerful than PII machines of
comparable prices. The timing for iMac available is just perfect to
catch pre-school-opening season from August. This low-end machine is
going to catch more marketshare, however, Jobs doesn't want to
speculate how many more percentage will be gained but he is pretty
confident a significant marketshare may be come back to Apple. If
speculating here about the percentage gain, I would estimate around
another 3%-5% on top of current 4% of overall marketshare.

Well, now, let's go back to today's stock. The stock performed
amazingly well under overall downward market (DJI down 92 points,
NASDAQ down 8+ points). The volume was well above double of the
daily average. The trend was gradually moving from uncertainty to
strongly up after 3pm est. The yearly high was again broken again
easily. From this point on, we should have little barrier ahead of
us until probably $35. Moving from current level to $35 is like
moving from $15 to $17.5 on percentage term. Another boost to $35
will be derived from analysts' upgrade or overall tech market upward,
which is likely to occur within a couple of weeks. Breaking the
yearly high is an event all longs are waiting for and is also a strong
warning signal for shorts to wake up and cover up.
