Maybe we should start a mutual fund-International Games Fund?

Providing this software to anyone who has an online casino is a huge market. If the market for online gaming is expected to grow to $10 billion in a year and a half, online casinos will want to have the best software to provide peace of mind to their customers. GLOW is one of many who have software for online gaming, but(right now) WINR is the only company who has the software to keep track of payouts. This may be attractive to the big gaming companies who have been skeptical of online gaming thus far, such as Harrah's.

We won't be fully operational as I understand it for a little while longer, but the financing is done. That was critical. Patience will be key here, but I will be looking forward to more deals. They should deal with all 55 online companies and anyone new.

Mr. Holmes indicated to me that the $10-15 million is revenues with margins potentially approaching 90%. That would be nice, but even margins of 50% could yield eps of near $0.50-$0.75 from the TISS deal alone. We shall see. The only way to know is to wait for financials.

I have yet to ask about Nasdaq listing, but I am sure it is in their sights. $4 should be achievable in the coming months, and there would be no need for a reverse split to get it done. With such the small float and outstanding, we should be able to get to $4 easily.

Remember that management owns over 2/3 of the stock. That is a major plus. It is always a great sign to see ownership like that from management.

Right now, things look pretty good.

In the coming days, I will try to speak to the CEO in order to get an impression of him. I look forward to everyone else's perceptions and encourage all to do some digging on anything related to management, this company, the industry, and everything I have left out that is pertinent to this thread.

With a little luck we will avoid hypesters and naysayers, but they will come. "Build a solid stock and they will come"
