16 c, looks pretty damn good to me (for the time being at least), will see what I get for my Puts but if you can't beat them ,join them, so I might just as well compensate it by buying calls, tommorow....worked with me for DELL, lost money on puts, made a killing on calls....long term they'll all go down...

I didn't realize it was that bad. Where did you see this? I think a good comparison might be the percentage drop in the same quarter last year compared to this year. Maybe that pullback they did in marketing really hurt them. They announced much more spending this quarter for the seasonal drop but they didn't seam worried or warn about estimates. I would be really surprised to find big downturn next quarter.

Did you factor in the one time "flat rate" effect?

Bull,
Thanks for pointing out the slowing growth of AOL subscribers. But considering that the rate hike took effect on 4/1 and that some subscriptions were cancelled due to it, it's impressive that their membership numbers are still growing at such a pace. Another thing to consider about the upcoming season. In previous years, AOL has shown slower membership growth during the summer months. But they also show less usage during these months. That means that AOL's network usage costs usually go down during these months. If AOL is collecting more per subscriber, and spending less per subscriber in network time, their earnings could look very good for the next 2 quarters.
