WE ARE ALL PARTNERS IN DGIV! I have been getting a lot of private mails about various things and I just want to say that I value and respect each and every fellow dgiv partner/investor and encourage everyone to speak their mind, good or bad, like it or not, and to be an active and valued business partner. I don't care whether you have one share or a million shares, we are all in this together and we all need to stick together as a team, with respect and trust towards each other.

Yes, there are some on here who are speculators, day traders, and just out and out naysers and doomsdayers. I say, THE HELL WITH THEM! We know who the good and loyal people are. We know who's here for the long run and who's just looking for a quick hit, up or down.

SCREW THEM!

I want to thank everyone for their private mailings and encourage those that are interested to continue to do so.

For the record, I am not, and do not want to be, a leader on this thread. We already have more than capable people doing this job. I don't want or need to step on anyone's toes. I trust their leadership and commend them for their outstanding job of keeping us all together.
In my opinion, they're the BEST!

So, I feel my best role is to work in the background and do what I can to help our long term future and leave the open leadership to others.
However, I do appreciate the comments and suggestions.

I again want to assure all of you who are LONG on dgiv that I, and others, are working for all of you to ensure a bright future for our company. Jimmy is the best in my book and he has the wherewithall to rise to higher limits than many suppose.

Hope this helps explain where I'm coming from. Any questions, just holler!

I have had several communications with MACKER. In my opinion, Macker is an extremely intelligent, knowledgable, and valued member of our team. I don't know what anyone's feelings are about him or what he has to say, but he is having a few doubts as to his value to our family.

I am going on record to say that we need him and I encourage all of you to tell him so as well. MACKER is an asset to our team.

Additionally, I have asked MACKER to get back on board and to tell people what he knows and what he feels about our company. This man know too much about life, about business, about the market, and about our baby NOT to share it with everyone else.

IF YOU CARE ABOUT OUR TEAM AND COMPANY, PLEASE TELL MACKER TO GET BACK ON BOARD!! WE NEED HIM.

FOR YOUR INFORMATION- Based on several private mailings, I thought it would also be helpful (some of you may already know this) to share with you that early on, a major company bought a significant amount of private shares of dgiv, because they saw the potential of this little company. This company still holds the shares as a major, but perhaps, unknown and unpublished investor.

ALSO, we all know that we're anticipating a jump to NASDAQ. We hope to see the summer or fall, but I just want to point out that, often, these listings are not as easy to make happen as you may think. I too am hopeful that we make this happen as fast as possible but it will mean big time exposure and big time results for our little dynamo, but, NOT TO BE NEGATIVE, but I know two people who are in the business of bringing companies public and onto higher level exchanges and it is NOT an easy process. There's a lot of paperwork, a lot of work, effort, and diligence, and unlimited government red tape and bureaucracy. So, I hope all goes well and quickly, but I didn't want some of you to be impatient or disappointed if it doesn't happen as quickly as you would like or have been told it would. Small companies often have difficulty complying with the rules and regulations that listings require. DGIV had a tough time getting on the BB not very long ago. So, yes, things have changed, but we're not that far along yet.

On the positive side, an acquisition may be coming down the pike that will jump us on to the board. Although I would personally prefer we do it on OWN merits rather than someone else's, I'll take it anyway we can get it.
