Hi Michael! I talked to Gary about the total shares in the float to try to clear up this issue. He said he had spoken with someone earlier about 23-24 million shares, but that Gary thought that was in reference to an approximate amount of shares that are NOT in the float. He said he's sorry if there was a misunderstanding. I believe the float is around 31-33 million. Right along in there. I am not aware of any "merger talks" but "acquisitions" are certainly talked about frequently. As for the next news release, I understand they have "more significant news" they plan on putting out in the next week or so. It is also my understanding that they have "several things" to release news on in the coming weeks.
