Don't warrants equate to more stock? And if they are already in the money doesn't that have implications? And how do shares coming from warrants not increase the float?

And if you are doing a reverse split, why not make it powerful enough to get the company near $4 so that with some market appreciation the company is ready to apply for NASDAQ?

The rumor of a RS will drive the price down so the company might just as well go ahead with it at this point.

I agree 100%.

IMO:

The reverse split is going to guarantee nothing, if the company keeps printing shares the way they have since the begining of the year. I will own 1/4 of the shares, that history shows will end up trading for the same price in a month or so. Oops, I forgot about my worthless warrants.
BTW if the split is done how many restricted shares are freed up? For the past two months I have seen the total shares go from 35M to ? 51M, 56M, 60M, no one knows.
NO ONE HAS A CLUE AS TO THE SIZE OF THE FLOAT NOW!
Ira Needs to answer these questions instead of the rah rah he's been trying to build.

I agree with you 100%. We have no guarantees. Just another gimmick. Something even sounds desperate on the part of Ira to even suggest such a proposal. According to Ira, he is suppose to be going on a ten city tour to promote the stock. In addition to the other deal s in the works, this should be more than enough good news to propel this stock to where it belongs in a reasonable amount of time. Of course, if the picture is not as rosie as Ira makes it out to be, then this deal begins to make sense.

IF Ira is being honest with his statements, then I would prefer the path of patience to achieve our goal. Also, if Ira and company feels that there are too many shares out there, let them buy back some of them. Why should we be penalized(reverse split) for his over-sight.

I agree ...

4 to 1 was ok in ATXI case because it "bought" a NASDAQ exchange listing.

4 to 1 in this case .....is 4 to 1 , with a warrant thrown in? And still on this rabid exchange....

Not quite the same.

Will withhold any sarcasm for the night...

(Ira could of been "floating" the idea of a RS to judge the reaction on SI==== much like politicians do before endorsing certain policies.. to get a "feeler" for overall sentiment) But I agree with Kevin that it HAS to be done to move the stock in any meaningful way. This stock will never move to $4 with 52...53...54M shares O/S and eventually shares within the coming year becoming unrestricted. A move has to be made .. a strong move.. in the next 6 months, before any more shares become UNrestricted.

Personally if the Reverse Split is the course Ira chooses, I will wait for the RS, and if/when the price drops (like it does in almost every reverse split)--I will wait for a bottom and then buy. Its not worth losing 75% of my shares for 1 warrant/sh. This is coming from someone willing and happy to lose 75% of my shares for a NASDAQ listing.

Watching for now..
