Hi W.F, Yes, I know all about the big money guys in Oakland county. I still maintain an office in Troy, MI. and still own a house in Rochester Hills, MI. In terms of your fears, I can't subdue your feelings, but welcome to the world of international finance. The Canadian's have, in some respects, a more efficient why of getting business flowing. We Americans have a tendency to kill a deal before it ever gets going because of fear. (I'm not going to get into a comparison of US-Cnd. principles of business or anything else). The SEC recognizes the Toronto Exchange as a viable fare market. You know as well as anyone else there are always risk. In some respects, I'm very aware of hype. I watch for the hype type of plays. Only a month ago,NIR had little to no Investor Relation personnel. Management believes that the company and its products should speak for themselves. Only recently, about three weeks ago, they hired an outside firm to handle getting investor packs to brokers who need to get them to their clients. I called the folks and found them to be straight forward and very honest.... Currently, I'm employee of a public traded company. I'm in charge of international investor relations for the firm. I know the in/out of this industry and I feel that the facts of NIR could be understated then overstated. I'm an investor, just like you... I found out about NIR in my negotiations with the US NAVY here in Virginia. I'm currently working on something with them through my company. I found a lot of similarities with my company and that of Napier except that mine is a US corporation and we don't make chemicals.... I'm calling my OSIHA contact in DC to get a better idea to answer the first part of your post. I understand NIR's SV-35 product to be more efficient, non-toxic, water soluble and cost effective. I don't seem to understand that this would cause major capital improvements on a stripper facility..... Let me forward the question to Washington and see what they say... Oh, Production capacity continues to be underutilized... I don't see any problems with short term production. Take care... Good to see a fellow "Michigander" in NIR. Rich :)
