Rudy, there was an article today that the Entremed run-up could trigger a general rise in biotech stocks, which have risen only 8.5% this year compared to 15% for the S&P 500. While I hope this is true, virtually all of these companies are losing money (including ENMD) and it may be years before they make any. I have moved a lot to this area since I know the technology but am not making a lot in it. I hold some of the leading companies AFFX, MLNM, BCHE and SANG and have made some money day trading while the stocks mostly languish or cycle over a couple of dollars range. Of these four, only BCHE is actually making any money but the rest "show a lot of promise."

Overall, I like your current picks of the oil industry for a distressed segment more than the biotech area. The oil industry seems like it can only go up in the next 6 to 12 months but I am only invested in PDS so far, with some success.
