*AV*--I am going back through a list of stocks that have been brought to my attention here on Stock Swap and have started to add some to the universe of stocks I follow. On or about 4/4/98 (according to some scratchings of mine) EMC was mentioned. I would like to give credit to the individual who mentioned it but I did not associate a name to it.

I am going to be watching this stock for an appropriate entry price. It is down close to $2 today but is above the $36.50 price I wrote next to the synbol back then. So whoever it was seems to have picked a $7 winner and should be congratulated (it would have been $9 if it didn't retrace today). However, I am looking for a good entry here because it makes sense. I will wait for the first signs of a positive reversal and then take a position.

Tech Master - I will put some CGLB on my plate first thing tomorrow so as not to miss the "ride" when it comes.

I am still looking at the rest of the companies presented here and will feedback any decisions that I might make. My lack of response should not be construed as negativity towards any stock mentioned but rather as not giving them the appropriate mindshare they deserve to formulate a decision and feed it back to the community.

BTW-I do not mind being given a friendly reminder about any stock if you feel I may have turned a deaf ear. I am not Mr. Organized when it comes to keeping good records of these things. Too many good inputs and not enough time. I usually bookmark the posts (but hardly ever go back and recheck them), I write them on scratch piece of paper and put them in a small basket (Which of course I sometimes lose or can't make out my notes), or place them in a real safe place for immediate attention within 24hrs (I wish that safe place was the same place each and every time I put something there). The only real spot that works are the POST-it Notes that proliferate around my monitor which I usually work on. Once a space opens up there, I move stuff from the other locations to this "screen vision". Hey, you should see my filing system, it drives everyone nuts. Piles of stuff everywhere stacked a foot high. Yet, I know where all the stuff is when I need it. As a Secretary or Administrative Assistant, I would fire myself for incompetence.<GGG>
