Treasury To Reduce Sales of Securities

washingtonpost.com

<< Flush with cash from a growing federal budget surplus, the Treasury Department announced yesterday that it is cutting back future sales of several types of securities it has been auctioning for years to finance budget deficits. >>

Zeev,

I agree the bounce point is either a trend line through the closes at about 8240 (now) or the 160 day Exponential moving average at about 8315 (now). Both will rise a little, depending upon how long the decline takes. Too early to predict how high the bounce will be.

At least both our turnips have it figured out and seem to be in sync.

PS If anyone wants to update their Windows 95 for Year 2000 compatibility, Microsoft has a couple of updates at their download site

support.microsoft.com;

This only fixes Win95 software and not any applications that you may have. To verify your hardware, you need to download and run a small free test program from

rightime.com

Have fun.
