Ray & All. I had the opportunity to speak to our vice president sales Mr.Marshall Kerr today. We had a general discussion and he is a fine gentleman. He is working day and night to make all shareholders happy. He is on the road all the time trying to make good sales and his efforts bode well for ABMI and all of us here. The line of products Catheters are very much in demand and an aggressive sales strategy can make this company a big winner. He is on his way to make all the good stuff happen.

BTW: He is on the road all the time making sales progress and he is positive that with all the steps that are being taken there should be a lot more synergy in the business than has been in the past. He travels for around 20 days of the month.

CE-Mark will bolster the markets for ABMI in the European markets and i hope to hear news soon on their progress in that area. Like mentioned in previous releases of news they are looking for strategic partners and with a little bit of good luck we may see something develop. If that happens we may see the start of stent trials. we all know for a fact that under Dr.Samuel Ahn's care this will be done fairly quickly and that area holds a lot of promise. The company exec's are in a bullish i mean real bullish about all aspects of what they are doing. That was not so a couple of years back and that bodes well for all. Hold this one to riches.

Go ABMI,

regards,

sri.

Ray I think that anyone who posts under an alias gives me reason to pause before I want to trust their judgement.

Now we know ABMI was once tauted to be headed as high as $6 a share even in a research report that was posted at their web site. Well I suppose if everything had fallen into place already the stock would be there now.

Well it didn't, and it's not at $6, but at .90 instead.

Why is that? Because American BioMed failed to deliver in a suitable results in a time frame acceptable to most investors. They nearly ran out of cash.

Now that was yesterday and today we see a sustained rise in the stock based on improving fundamentals. The company needs to continue to show investors that it is making progress. I believe it will show tremendous progress this year.

And yes there is the possibility of the company forming strategic partnerships or even being acquired.

But the real question on everyone's mind is simply this:

Is American BioMed still a good buy at these levels?

You're still buying shares aren't you Ray?

I think the stock is headed higher. Could it pull back first? Of course it could but it people would leave their money on the table long enough to find out why the company's stock has drawn this much attention already then I think they will be very happy.

To me ABMI is a no brainer buy below a buck and perhaps beyond based on the news that is released from the company.

Do I think it could eventually hit six dollars a share?

You bet I do.

Look at a stock like DGIV who earned I believe as little as two cents a share last quarter and it now sells for more than $6. Why?

Higher expectation based on proven earnings results. ABMI has a lot to prove to investors before I will worry about actual earnings or $6 a share as a purchase price for investors in this stock. But maybe someday.

Lets worry about today.

I know the stock is finding it's way into stronger hands each day. Oh sure some people with a short term focus are selling either to protect a profit or take a smaller loss than they had yesterday but the company is making the turn alright.

The 100% silicone catheter line is extremely competitive and will not provoke an allergic reaction like latex catheters can.

The products in R&D are truly outstanding.

So while I certainly would not suggest anyone feel free to buy ABMI at their leisure as it climbs form here to a number picked out of thin air like $6 to $10 I can whole heartedly support buying right here at these levels. The stock will continue to rise.

Why?

Because stocks are not just recognized for their earnings but also their earnings potential.

I think it will become quite clear that that potential exists here for long term investors in American BioMed stock if it hasn't already.

GO ABMI!

Regards, Jeff
